Steve Pearson is the Senior Operations Manager overseeing Environmental Services, including Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing/Waste and the newly formed Landscaping division. With 38 years’ experience in the industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise and operational leadership. He is responsible for maintaining high service standards, supporting teams on the ground and driving continuous improvement across all environmental service lines.
